Ingredients of Doodh Puli
- Prepare 1 cup of rice flour.
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of water.
- Prepare 1 tbs of salt.
- You need 1 cup of sugar.
- You need 1 tbs of cardamom powder.

- Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
- Prepare 1 cup of dedicated coconut.

Doodh Puli step by step
- Take a pan and heat 1tbs ghee in it. Then add Desiccated coconutand cook it for 1min. Then add 1/2cupsugar to it and cook until sugar dissolve and coconut get cooked. Cool it down..
- Take another pan add water, salt and wait for one boil. Then add rice flour to it. Stir it continuously in a medium flame till it will come to a thick consistency. Bring it to room temperature..
- Then add 2rbs ghee and mix in properly. Take a small portion of the dough, make a small chapati using your hand and fill some stuffing in it and close it's edges. Like this you have to prepare all the pulis..
- Take another pan and heat 1lit milk and bay leaf in it. When milk reduce to 3/4 add the pulis to it. Cook it for 5min. Then add condensed milk, cardamom powder, 1/2cup sugar in it and again cook it for 5min in a medium flame. Milk will reduce to 1/2..
- Garnish it with some chopped Dryfruits and your Doodh puli is ready..
