  1. Take a pan and heat 1tbs ghee in it. Then add Desiccated coconutand cook it for 1min. Then add 1/2cupsugar to it and cook until sugar dissolve and coconut get cooked. Cool it down..
  2. Take another pan add water, salt and wait for one boil. Then add rice flour to it. Stir it continuously in a medium flame till it will come to a thick consistency. Bring it to room temperature..
  3. Then add 2rbs ghee and mix in properly. Take a small portion of the dough, make a small chapati using your hand and fill some stuffing in it and close it's edges. Like this you have to prepare all the pulis..
  4. Take another pan and heat 1lit milk and bay leaf in it. When milk reduce to 3/4 add the pulis to it. Cook it for 5min. Then add condensed milk, cardamom powder, 1/2cup sugar in it and again cook it for 5min in a medium flame. Milk will reduce to 1/2..
  5. Garnish it with some chopped Dryfruits and your Doodh puli is ready..
