- You need 1 ltr of Milk.
- It's 1 cup of Rice flour.
- You need 1/2cup+1/2 cup of Jaggery.
- You need 3/4 cup of Grated or ground fresh coconut.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Green Cardamom powder.
- You need Pinch of Salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ghee.
- You need as needed of Warm water to knead the dough.

- Keep milk to boil in a pan..
- Along with that make the stuffing ready..
- Take a pan, add a tsp of ghee. Add coconut and stir on low flame for a minute or so..
- Add jaggery and cook till the mixture dries..
- Now take rice flour add salt, add hot water little by little and knead the dough.Apply a little ghee on it and cover and keep for 7-8 minutes..
- Once the mixture is cooled, add a tsp of cardamom powder on it and mix well..
- Make small balls of rice flour dough and add the stuffing to it..
- The milk now has also reduced we can add these puli in the boiling milk. Keep on medium flame and let them cook..
- Once the flour cooks the puli will come up and float..
- Now add around half cup of jaggery and rest cardamom powder and again cook till jaggery melts and cooks well. This would take another 5-7 more minutes..
- Serve immediately...
