  1. Heat ghee in a pan..
  2. Fry dry fruits on a low flame for few seconds and keep aside..
  3. Boil milk till it becomes half in volume..
  4. Add rice and bay leaves..
  5. Stir continuously till it becomes soft..
  6. Now add jaggery, cardamom powder and fried dry fruits..
  7. Turn the gas off after it thickens..
  8. Serve cool.
