Ingredients of Rava Uttapam
- It's 1 cup of Rava.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Curd.
- Prepare 1 cup of Water.
- It's 1 Tsp of Green chilli paste.
- Prepare 1/4 Tsp of Hing.
- You need 1/2 cup of Coriander (finely chopped).
- Prepare 2 Pinch of Baking soda.
- Prepare As per taste of Salt.
- It's Some of Oil.
- Prepare Some of Ghee.
Rava Uttapam instructions
- Mix all the ingredients (except soda) together in bowl and let the batter rest for 1 hour..
- After an hour, add baking soda and extra water if required to bring it to a medium consistency..
- Pour a ladle full of batter on hot tawa and pour a teaspoon of oil on it..
- Now cover it and let it cook. Turn it over when lower side has turned golden brown in colour and cook the other side as well..
- When it's done, remove it on a plate and pour half a teaspoon of ghee on it..
- Delicious Rava Uttapa is ready! Serve it with coconut chutney or any pickle!.
