Tricolour Dhokla step by step
- Wash and soak rice and black splited gram for 5-6hrs. Grind and make batter and ferment for 7-8 hours..
- Beat batter 3-5 mins with hand and add ginger chilli paste asafoetida and salt. Mix well and divide into 3 parts..
- Now chopped tomato and take in a mixie jar churn add red chilli powder and chaat masala churn again add 2 tbsp water and make smooth puree.Add in one part of batter mix well..
- Wash and Churn spinach coriander, add black salt panipuri masala 2 tbsp water and make smooth puree..
- Boil water in steamer grease dish add eno in all three part. Add 2tbsp water in white part beat well..
- Pour green part batter in a dish cover the lid and steam for 5min. After 5 mins add white part cover the lid and again steam for 5 min. Now pour red part and steam 5 mins..
- Take out dish from steamer let it cool spread oil and cut into pieces.Serve hot with tamarind jaggery chutney. Tasty delicious tricolour dhokla is ready to serve..
