  1. You need 25 gms of big soya chunks.
  2. You need 25 gms of crushed soya granules.
  3. You need of Salt as per taste.

  7. You need 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder.

  1. Soak both soya mixed together in a strainer for 10 mins. Take a cooker & add 1 tbsp oil or ghee. Add finely chopped onion & cook it till golden brown. Add diced or chopped tomatoes. Add salt & dry spices. Cook till ghee leaves sides. Add soya & coriander leaves. Whistle for 4 & enjoy.
