- Add chilli, ginger,garlic paste,salt,asafoetida, sugar,oil in fermented dhokla batter and divide in 3 portion, add Schezwan Sauce,pinch soda in 1 portion, add green Chutney,and pinch soda in 2nd portion and add only pinch soda in 3rd portion and mix well..
- Now pour one by one all the three batter on top of each other with spoon in greased heart shaped mould. Draw lines with steak..
