- You need of biriyani.

- You need 5 of black pepar.
- You need 1 of jaitri.
- It's 2 tsp of salt.
- You need 2 tsp of sugar.
- Prepare 1 cup of water.
- Prepare of raita.
- You need 1 tsp of chat masala.
- It's 75 gm of curd.
- You need 1/2 tsp of sugar.
- Prepare 5 of dates.
- It's 1 of kaju / cashew nuts.
- You need 1 of raisin.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
Tricolour Dum Biryani instructions
- Firstly,cut all the onion,tomato and garlic.fried the onion in oil and keep them aside.
- Mix the curd with all masalas..
- Marinate the chicken with the mix curd.add salt and keep them for 45 min.
- Then boiled water in handi,add rice and some garam masala in it with salt and oil..
- After boiling rice 75%,drainage water and dry in a plate in air.
- Then put oil in pan and fried the vegs..
- Then add marinated chicken in pan.saute it in karai for boiling.if u want give more masala u can add it here.salt and sugar as per taste..
- After that take a tawa in gas andput the handi,put the ghee inside of the handi and hot it..
- Then melted ghee and add oil in it then add chicken in low part then add rice then once again repeat.the frame will low..
- Then add fried onion colour rice and ghee also on the top..
- Add the kawra pani and rose water.close the handi by a cloth then put the lid on the handi.
- Leave the handi for 15 min and vepar made the rest biriyani.give a nice aroma.
- After then open handi and off the gas switch and turn the rice and chicken from top to bottom.
- Make raita by curd and dates. use sugar masala and dry fruit also.
- Serve both of them in plate..
