  1. You need 3 cup of wheat flour.
  2. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of grinded spinach.
  4. It's 1/2 cup of grinded beetroot.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  6. You need as needed of Oil.

  1. Firstly add wheat flour,salt and red chilli powder in a bowl.now divide it in three parts..
  2. Now add spinach puree in one part and make a dough.after that add beetroot puree in second part and make a dough. don't add anything in third part.knead it with water and make a dough..
  3. Afterthat make three rolls of three dough.now combine all three dough and make a roll.after that cut medium size balls from this roll.take one ball and press it with your palms.roll it round shape with roller..
  4. Now heat the griddle.put the Parantha on it.cook it both side with applying oil.now your triangular Parantha is ready.make all Parantha with same process..
